Information we collect
When you submit a project request, we may collect the property address, property type, project scope, timing, photos, your role, name, company, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. When a provider submits an interest form, we may collect company, contact, service-area, experience, insurance-status, capability, and website information. We also collect essential first-party funnel and attribution records, including page and form interactions, referral information, UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, and a randomly generated browser-session identifier.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review, route, administer, and follow up on your request; connect the request with participating service providers; maintain records; measure marketing and funnel performance; record contractor contact, quote, closed-job, and value outcomes; prevent misuse; and improve the service.
How we share information
We may share the information in your project request with participating independent service providers that may be able to perform the requested work. Those providers may contact you directly. We may also use service providers that help us host, secure, measure, and operate the website. We do not represent that every provider will respond or provide a quote.
Photos and property information
Uploaded photos and property details should relate only to the commercial project. Do not upload sensitive personal documents, access codes, financial information, or images of people who have not agreed to be included.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the matching service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Browser storage and optional measurement
We use local and session storage to retain campaign attribution, a random session identifier, and your measurement preference. Only after you choose Allow measurement, we load Google's tag to measure advertising performance and successful quote requests. Google may receive cookie and ad-click identifiers, page addresses, browser information, and an opaque request identifier. We do not send your form name, email, phone number, property details, or photos to Google through this tag. Personalized advertising remains disabled. You may decline without preventing a quote request; essential first-party request and attribution records still operate. Clearing this website's saved browser data allows you to make a new measurement choice.
Your choices
You may decline to submit a request. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete information associated with a request, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of future marketing communications using the instructions included in those communications.
Children
This service is intended for commercial property decision-makers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
