Matching service
Facility Quote Hub is a lead-generation and matching service. We do not perform parking-lot striping, paving, construction, repair, or maintenance services. Participating providers are independent businesses and are not our employees, agents, or representatives.
No guaranteed quote or outcome
Submitting a request does not guarantee that any provider will respond, inspect the property, offer a quote, meet a deadline, or perform work. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, licensing, insurance, qualifications, safety, warranties, or performance of any provider.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating providers and confirming business identity, licensing where applicable, insurance, references, scope, pricing, permits, warranties, and contract terms before hiring. You are also responsible for providing accurate project and contact information and for having authority to request work for the property.
Provider relationship
Quotes, site visits, negotiations, contracts, payments, disputes, warranties, and work performance are arranged directly between you and the selected provider. Facility Quote Hub is not a party to those arrangements.
Project-status reporting
Participating providers may receive a private project link to report whether a customer was contacted, a quote was delivered, a job was won or lost, and the approximate closed-job value. Providers must use these links only for the assigned project and provide accurate status information.
Provider interest submissions
Submitting company information does not guarantee provider approval, lead volume, exclusivity, project awards, or any commercial relationship. Participation terms, pricing, routing, and any verification requirements must be agreed separately before requests are shared.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to submit false or misleading requests, impersonate another person or business, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the website, or collect information about other users or providers without authorization.
Website availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Facility Quote Hub is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent providers, property conditions, project outcomes, indirect losses, or disputes between customers and providers. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
